This year we engaged industry professionals, community members, and stakeholders through panel discussions, networking opportunities, and an expo featuring vendors, main panel discussions, breakout sessions, and networking sessions.

These events provided sponsors with unique opportunities to connect with a diverse audience and support workforce development initiatives. Attendees were able to learn about the industry and network with potential employers. Key topics included:

  • Navigating the intersection of employment and education for future workforce readiness.
  • Harnessing artificial intelligence in workforce development to uplift construction workers and contractors.
  • Workforce education on clean energy and funding opportunities.
  • Spotlighting major green renewable energy construction projects in New York City and the State.
  • Exploring the dynamics of union, non-union, pre-apprenticeship, and apprenticeship programs for workforce development
